Barloworld Khula Sizwe B-BBEE share scheme

Barloworld’s Khula Sizwe Black Public Offer closed on 31 May 2019.

The offer was oversubscribed, with over 50 000 applications received and the R164 million funding target has been raised.

Applicants will be notified of the number of shares allocated to them and refunds for those shares applied for but not allocated will be processed by 31 August 2019. Shares will be allocated as per the guidelines set out in the Khula Sizwe prospectus.

Important Dates for the Public Offer
Khula Sizwe Shares allocated by no later than Wednesday 31 July 2019
Sending Khula Sizwe Share confirmations and processing of refunds by no later than Friday 30 August 2019
