Dominic rejoined Barloworld in 2007 as chief executive officer of the Equipment division South Africa. In 2014 he was promoted to chief operating officer of Barloworld Equipment southern Africa and thereafter chief executive officer of Barloworld Equipment southern Africa. He joined the board on 19 March 2014 and was subsequently appointed deputy chief executive effective 1 March 2016. From 1 October 2016, Dominic became the chief executive designate of Barloworld. Prior to joining Barloworld, Dominic was deputy managing director of Afgri Limited. On 8 February 2017, Dominic was appointed Group chief executive officer of Barloworld Limited.

Nopasika Lila was appointed as the Group finance director of Barloworld Limited with effect from 1 August 2019. Nopasika previously served as the CEO and principal officer preceded by being the CFO of the Eskom Pension and Provident Fund. She is a chartered accountant with more than 20 years’ of experience in finance, corporate governance and the financial industry. She possesses advanced proficiencies in Funds Administration, Corporate Governance and Compliance Management, with demonstrated skills in leading major funds sustainably with astute control over risk management, reputation and stakeholder relations. She previously served on various boards both listed and unlisted, namely enX Group Limited, Nampak Limited and Basil Read and chaired some of the audit committees.

Emmy held the position of CEO for Barloworld Equipment South Africa for four years before taking on the responsibility as CEO: Barloworld Equipment southern Africa, which equated to 60% of the Southern African Business. His career stretches over various commodities and disciplines in the industry. Emmy was previously the CEO of Hernic Ferrochrome, having previously held senior executive roles at Anglo American and BHP Billiton.

Gale Lemmert

Gale’s professional career spans over 25 years in both corporate and SOE sectors.
Gale started her career in financial services and later SOE (Transnet) in strategy prior to joining Barloworld. She joined the Barloworld as a Group Strategy consultant in 2003. In 2007 she moved to the then Barloworld Automotive Division, where over the next 12 years, her career evolved and she served as a member of the Divisional Executive Committee and assumed responsibilities for various functions namely, Transformation, Sustainability, Ethics, and Compliance as well as Strategy, and served on several Boards within the Group.
In 2019 Gale took a sabbatical to pursue personal interests and rejoined Barloworld on 1 November 2021 as Group Executive: Risk, Ethics & Governance.
Chris Wierenga

Chris joined Barloworld in 1998. Since joining Barloworld Chris was the CE of the Digital Disposal Solutions business in the Automotive division and has held various roles in Strategy at Group and divisional level. Chris has been leading Group Strategy; Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A); Barloworld Business System and Group Property and has been directly involved in M&A activity across the group. Chris recently assumed overall responsibility for SMD and Barloworld Logistics and in addition, effective 1 January 2022 Chris took up the position as CEO of the Consumer Industries vertical of Barloworld.
Dr Nandkishore (Nandu) Menon
Group Executive Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)

Nandu has over 15 years’ experience in Strategy, Businesses Development, and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and joined Barloworld on 1 March 2019. Since joining Barloworld, Nandu has been leading the M&A activities for the Group and some of the notable transactions include the acquisition of Ingrain and the disposals of various businesses within the Barloworld Logistics division including Smartmatta, Manline Energy, Manline Freight, Timber 24, and Aspen Logistics.
Before joining Barloworld, Nandu was a Director in the Investment Banking M&A division at Barclays (Africa) and Absa leading Industrial M&A coverage and execution and has extensive experience in large complex M&A transactions, as well as equity and debt raising to support the M&A transactions. He was also the Head of Tata Power (India’s largest private power producer) for Africa and led the development of one of the largest renewable energy (wind power) businesses at the time in South Africa.
Andronicca Masemola

Andronicca joined Barloworld in April 2014 as the Group Head of Internal Audit, and for the last 5 years, has been the Executive Director Finance for Barloworld Equipment in the southern Africa region. Andronicca has served on various Group subsidiary boards, including chairing the Board of Bartrac, our joint venture in the DRC and the Barloworld-Equipment Southern Africa Credit Committee. Prior to joining Barloworld, she was an Audit Partner at KPMG. In her capacity as Chief Operating Officer of Equipment southern Africa, Andronicca has been appointed a member of the Barloworld Executive Committee, effective 1 February 2022.
Andronicca's career spans 27 years and over the last 14 years she has occupied executive level positions, responsible for financial management, governance, risk and assurance
Nomini Rapoo

Ms Rapoo is an admitted Attorney with more than 20 years' Legal and Company Secretary experience across multiple sectors, including utilities, aviation and chemicals. She has extensive experience across various disciplines, including risk and compliance management, internal audit, legal services and corporate governance.
Ms Rapoo previously served as Group Company Secretary at AECI (Pty) Ltd., a South African chemicals group listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) and was, until recently, Group Company Secretary at the Industrial Development Corporation of South Africa.
